BIF Video File Creator 2 is a program that enables you to create BIF Files for a Roku enabled device. This tool uses FFmpeg to create thumbnails for the BIF files. Once each BIF file is created the program will start processing the next file in the list. You can also view your completed work on your Roku Enabled Player.
